USE THIS FORM ONLY TO REPORT OUTSIDE SCHOLARSHIPS THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE FOR THE CURRENT OR UPCOMING ACADEMIC YEAR.

Federal regulations [34 CFR 673.5(b)] require that students notify the Office of Financial Aid of any scholarships or other forms of assistance from sources outside the College.
Do not submit this form if you are not receiving an outside scholarship.

Checks should be made payable to Kenyon College and forwarded to Student Accounts; 209 Chase Ave; Gambier OH 43022.

The term 'Outside Scholarship/Award' refers to funds awarded to you and administered by an entity other than Kenyon College. Outside scholarships and awards include, but are not limited to:

Scholarships awarded by your high school, religious, civic or other organization;
Tuition benefits received from your parent's employer or the veteran's administration;

You are not required to report aid already included in your financial aid notification.
You should also not use this form if you do not have outside scholarships to report.
