NACAC Counselor Tours at Kenyon College

Kenyon invites high school counselors, community-based organization counselors, and independent educational consultants to experience our campus and community firsthand.

During your visit, you’ll have numerous opportunities to engage with Kenyon students—through panels, guided tours, and informal conversations—to gain an authentic sense of life on campus. You’ll also connect meaningfully with members of our admissions team throughout your time in Gambier.

Visit Options
Choose between a morning or afternoon session:

• Morning Visits (8:15 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.) including a complimentary breakfast with members of the admissions team.
• Afternoon Visits (2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.) concluding with a cocktail hour hosted by admissions staff.

Travel and Shuttle Information
We offer complimentary shuttle service between the Greater Columbus Convention Center and campus for both tour sessions. You may also choose to travel independently. Please note, it is not advisable to use ride share options (Uber, Lyft, etc.) to visit campus. Though you could get one from Columbus to Kenyon, it will be very expensive. Furthermore, there are no ride share options once in Gambier/Mt. Vernon.

Once you select a tour date, you’ll have the option to register with or without shuttle transportation. Please note that shuttle space is limited, and registration is first come, first served.

• Morning Shuttle: Departs convention center at 7:15 a.m.; returns at 12:15 p.m.
• Afternoon Shuttle: Departs convention center at 1:30 p.m.; returns at 7:00 p.m.
